Guided by music and flow, this practice invites you to release what’s been held, awaken your body’s wisdom, and return to your natural rhythm.This is a brave, heart-pumping space for every woman — especially those who’ve ever thought, “I can’t dance.” There’s no choreography to perfect, only an invitation to move with agency, honor your pace, and listen inward.Expect to sweat, release, and rise — feeling connected, confident, and alive.

Community care is an essential part of this work. Several times a year, I host Meditative Movement gatherings that are free or donation-based, created to support connection, healing, and collective care. I’m always open to partnering with local organizations, nonprofits, and community groups who share a commitment to wellness, equity, and embodied support.
