Policies

Client and Therapist Safety:

Health and safety is my highest priority. If you have a fever (99.0+) or any other symptoms of illness or infection, massage is contraindicated and the session must be postponed.


Please arrive at your appointment cleaned and showered.


At any point during your session, both the client and therapist reserve the right to end the session.



Arriving late:

Out of respect and consideration for our session time, please plan accordingly and be on time. If you are running late please contact me.


If you arrive late your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session.



Cancellation Policy:

I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In my desire to be effective and fair to all clients and out of consideration for everyone’s time, these are the following policies:


4 hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment.


• I understand that emergencies do occur. If you need to reschedule your appointment within 4 hours of your scheduled time, please contact me by phone as soon as possible. Repeat cancellations will require a deposit prior to booking.



No-shows

Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show”. They will be charged for their “missed” appointment and future service will be denied until payment is made.
