What is Wholeness?

Wholeness, for me, is the practice of returning to myself—using the self-regulating wisdom I’ve learned to ground my energy, calm my nervous system, and create space for a deeper conversation within. It’s asking my body, How can I support you? It’s tending to my needs so I can show up for others in my highest vibration.

My pillars of wholeness are:

Movement. Move like you—honoring the rhythm of your body.

Stillness. My newest and most transformative tool. Consistent stillness and breathwork has shifted my life in ways I didn’t expect.

Nourishment. I cannot pour into my soul work if I’m undernourished. Lately, cooking has been a playful focus.

Hydration. Lemon water as a daily ritual, a simple gesture of presence.

Connection. A hug from a loved one, a heartfelt conversation, a shared smile with a stranger—each one a reminder that we’re held.

Nature. Our eldest ancestor. Spend time with her. Let her ground you, soften you, and bring you back into alignment.
