Pillars of Practice

These pillars are at the heart of everything I offer. They guide how I show up, how I hold space, and how each session unfolds.

Body-Led Approach: We move from a place of flow, not force. Whether in bodywork or somatic movement, the invitation is to meet your body where it's at today. Not with judgment or resistance, but with curiosity and care.

Stillness: We quiet the mind, turn down the external noise, and focus our listening inward. Finding stillness in a chaotic world is an act of resistance. When we quiet the mind, the body can speak. How are you doing, body? What do you need?

Rhythm: Held by rhythm, we can soften our edges and allow the body to lead. Massage sessions incorporate rhythmic rocking in therapeutic sessions and a rhythmic pump technique in lymphatic drainage sessions to quiet the mind and rock you into deep relaxation. During somatic movement offerings, we allow rhythm and beat to help us move with joy and creativity.

Space: Intentionally crafted spaces that allow your systems to feel at ease. The Lighthouse holds space for bodywork sessions and offers a quiet, enchanted experience you feel from the moment you arrive. Keith House is where we gather monthly for somatic movement and meditation. Keith House is a contemplative gem that offers art, nature, and community connection in the heart of Fort Worth.

Community Care: Access to mental health care and nervous system regulation practices is a priority for me. Quarterly, I partner with local businesses and nonprofits to offer a community care practice that's free to the public. My way of helping women get out of their minds and into their bodies.
