Meditative Movement: Finding Stillness in Motion
Movement has always been a powerful tool for me to connect with my thoughts, breath, and inner source. When I think of Meditative Movement, the term "energy in motion" (e-motion) resonates deeply. As women, we often find ourselves racing through life — as caregivers, entrepreneurs, leaders, and creatives. We carry so much.
Meditative Movement offers a way to disrupt the urgency and find stillness within.
Through a body-positive approach, participants will engage in heart-pumping movement with care and curiosity. By pairing repetitive movement with breath and rhythm, we invite a deeper conversation with ourselves, fostering a sense of stillness within.
This is liberated movement, rooted in community and connection.
