Whether through massage or movement, the spaces I hold are intentionally designed for women.

The woman who needs a brave space for her rage to be witnessed, felt, and transmuted through the body.

The woman who is carrying heartbreak as she navigates an ending and steps into her own rebirth.

The woman who longs to connect with her Spirit and her body, but hasn't yet found her community.

The woman who is motherhood, daughterhood, and aging parents Who desperately needs to tend to her own alma.

The woman who loves others deeply, fiercely, freely. She is learning to pour some of that love into herself.

The woman who is breaking the chains of generational trauma, uncoiling the layers of assimilation and colonization from her bones.

The woman who longs to feel at home in her body. Not the body society sells you. But the physical, spiritual, emotional, intellectual, unique, brilliant body that was brought to this Earth to do the work.
